Creation is the continuous process of manifestation through which the unmanifested potential of
existence appears as the world of
experience. On the
path of knowledge, creation is recognized as a magnificent, ongoing
illusion governed by natural necessity.
The Illusion of Creation
- No Creation from Nothing: In the absolute sense, nothing is ever created or destroyed. In our daily experience, we see "creation" — like making a clay pot from clay — but this is merely a change of form and name. The underlying substance remains unchanged.
- Continuous Manifestation: Creation is not a historical, one-time event (like the Big Bang). It is happening right now, in the present moment, as an unceasing flow of change.
- No Personal Creator: Existence has no purpose, no intent, and no external creator. Things appear automatically through the self-organizing processes of the universal mind.
The Mechanics of Creation
- Vibrations in Emptiness: The ultimate nature of reality is emptiness. Out of this empty potential, the simplest possible change — binary vibrations — arises.
- The Fundamental Process: These basic vibrations self-organize, replicate, and group together to form complex patterns. Governed by algorithmic rules, these patterns construct the entire hierarchy of existence — from atoms and physical objects to biological bodies and human minds.
- The Play of the Self: The Self (consciousness) is the silent screen on which this great dream of creation is projected. It is the Self appearing to itself for its own play.
