Unity

Unity is the direct experience that all of existence is one — there is no separation between the experience and the experiencer. It is synonymous with oneness and nonduality.

On the path of knowledge, unity is not a state of mind or a feeling of connectedness. It is the truth of what is, right now, right here. All divisions — subject and object, self and other, inside and outside — are mental constructs (concepts) imposed on a seamless reality.

The realisation of unity is the culmination of the path. When ignorance is removed, what remains is the simple fact: there is only existence, experiencing itself.
