Wisdom Steps To Master This Reality

****Making unknown our ally. In this artical I am specifically going to talk about steps that you should take everyday to master this reality and grow spiritually. # Living in awareness this is one of the crucial step you must master, live in awareness as much as you can. this way you will be able to manage your thoughts,emotions and yourself. in awareness you will spend your energy wisely,which is crucial. it is all about developing a witness self. ****end goal :- life in the light of awareness. # Disciplining the mind our minds are Monkey Minds,they keep chattering all the time and this chattering never stops. we can discipline the mind slowly by not engaging in the chatter,as we spot a thought,we just let it float away,bear in mind no thought is good or bad all must be treated equally. This is one of the hardest things to do according to me,every single day I practice this and believe me it's not easy, but no matter how hard it is you must not loose hope and keep treading the path slowly and surely we will win the race.you must also understand that our thoughts are not our own so it is crucial to get over them where we are out of their reach. ****end goal :- we are not letting thought control our behavior or actions, discrimination must be used before taking any action. peaceful mind, less chatter as you stop indulging in the chatter mind will become peaceful. # Disciplining the emotions Disciplining the emotions is all about not acting on the emotions this is what I have learned till there could be more dimension to it but I know just this much. make sure your emotions are not high all the time, yes we are humans our emotions keep rising but if your emotions are agitated all the time that means you have some issues, find the root cause and fix the issue. like too much anger , never ending sadness these things are not normal. ****let's just take an example when you spot an emotion like anger now what to do just nothing ,do not act on it then next accept it ,accept that your body and mind are feeling anger right now (don't condemn yourself that how can I feel anger ,such a negative emotion,i used to do this) no emotion is good or bad treat emotions Like just emotions nothing more than that now you have accepted you are feeling it, you have acknowledged it now we will wait for it to dissipate and mostly the emotion is gome within minutes or maybe faster then that. ****end goal :- our emotions must be calm most of the time. # Mastering the body keep your body healthy by following practice that are good for it's well-being (you can refer to mastering happiness article for more information about this) Do not consume refined oils or don't cook with nonstick or aluminum utensils. avoid processed and packaged food most of the time, no white salt and sugar (Jaggery,mishri,rock salt can be used) just some simple steps can keep you away from loading your bodies with toxins. ****end goal :- our bodies must be in good condition to undertake any spiritual practice. # Mastering stillness we must learn to sit in stillness for sometime through out the day it depend on you how long can you do that some people do it for hours initially when they start disciplining themselves we just sit and do nothing when thought come we let it go and this is how it is done simple,and easy. ****end goal :- we must learn to sit in stillness. these are some suggestions from my side, I hope you will find these useful.
