#### Path of knowledge is designed to make you realise your true self according to me this is the main objective of this path, although there is much more but it all boils down to realising your true self and abiding in it.

# Let's summarize this path

Before joining this path I used to think I am the memory,because i used to think what makes me Anurikta, are my memories, If they would be gone, I would be gone too.
I knew nothing about self realisation,i used to think self realization is some great experience experienced by some master at some point in their journey.
I didn't know what is ego,what is knowledge and had no desire to know all this either but it is worth doing essence of knowledge program because according to me what is taught there is the foundation of spirituality.

# Finding the true self

#### criterion for truth :-

the criteria of truth in path of knowledge is the whatever that changes is untrue and that which never changes is true,this criteria will be used to find out your true self, now look all around you, in you and see what hasn't changed since you have taken birth.

#### Means of knowledge

another thing that is very important that knowledge comes only from direct experience and logic applied over your direct experience, there is no other way except this,anything else is simply information that needs to be verified by your direct experience and sound logic 
now we will use our direct experience and logic to reach the truth combined with our criteria which has no loopholes and covers everything.

# Two main takeaway from the path of knowledge

So remember firmly these two points criteria of truth and way to attain knowledge so we can reach the end goal

##### has the body changed?
yes,it is changing every day

##### has the emotion, feeling, thought changed?

yes, they change even more frequently in minutes, and sometime even in seconds

##### has the memory changed?
yes, it is changing every day.

anything that exists outside of your body is changing, be it any object,although rate of change varies

so now the truth has revealed itself, what didn't change,the lamp that has been burning inside you,your light that is you, now see yourself if there is any possibility to change here because to change there must be something what can change in emptiness.

So what is truth,you are the only truth in this existence and you are the existence itself,now you 
abide in the truth, this is the only practice on this path and here the path ends.
