This calculator estimates how much free time is left in your life for your spiritual practices or to accomplish your life goals.

• Some activities, such as working/jobs, vary depending on your age, so use average values.
• Some activities can be weekly or monthly, such as shopping, so roughly divide the total hours spent in that activity by number of days.
• Add Inactive Time, such as childhood, old age, illness, travel or pregnancy to your age for more accurate results.
• Include time spent in cleaning, washing, makeup, dressing etc. in Personal Care part.
• Note that the maximum lifespan is assumed to be 100 years here. But it is usually less. Try adding some years to your age to get a realistic estimate.

What if you don't have enough time or 0 time left?

• Consider reducing time spent in less important activities.
• Consider early retirement.
• Arrange for assistants to reduce your work etc.
• Plan your daily activities so that you do not waste time.
• Do multitasking when possible.
