Nondualism

From The Path of Knowledge

Nondualism (Skt. अद्वैत, Advaita, Not-two) is a philosophical position which proposes that the Existence is non dual in nature. Which means, it cannot be divided into separate real entities having independent existence of their own.

Any such division is taken as false or illusory.

The biggest division, that is also illusory is the division of the Experiencer and the Experience. Nondualism ventures to show that they are actually one.

How is that done? We arrive at the conclusions of Nondualism via the Path of Knowledge. It is shown via the means of knowledge and systematic reasoning.

This philosophy is many thousand years old, and so far remains unchallenged. All other philosophies are either a derivative of this one, or an inferior version of it, which is a result of incomplete understanding or a misunderstanding of Nondualism.
