Union (Skt. योग, Yoga) means joining or coming together.

On the path of knowledge, union is:

• The recognition that there was never any separation

• The understanding of oneness of experiencer and experience

• Not a coming together of separate things but the realization of non-separation

• The essence of yoga in its highest sense

True union is the understanding that you are already one with existence.
