Intuition is the ability to understand something immediately without conscious reasoning.

On the path of knowledge, intuition is:

• A form of knowledge that appears spontaneously

• Based on memory and past experiences

• Not a separate means of knowledge

• Subject to verification through logic

Intuition can be useful but is not infallible. It must be checked against direct experience and reason.
