Karma (Skt. कर्म) means action and its consequences.

On the path of knowledge, karma is:

• The principle of cause and effect in the realm of experience

• Not a cosmic justice system but a natural law

• Based on memory and impressions

• Transcended in self realisation

The realized one understands that there is no individual doer, so there is no one to accumulate karma.
