Abidance


Abidance is the state of remaining established in self realisation or awareness.

A way of life which is lived in knowledge.

Living one's life in complete awareness.

Doing all actions as per the knowledge.

Living in remembrance of knowledge.

Abiding is living in the light of knowledge, which is transforming for a student. It brings an end to wrong actions and suffering, increase in intelligence, wisdom and bliss. It also accelerates spiritual evolution.

Abiding is not a set of norms or behaviours, it is a natural outcome of knowledge.

No effort is needed in abiding. It is easier than breathing.

  • On the path of knowledge, abidance means staying in the direct knowledge of one's true nature without forgetting or being pulled into ignorance.
