The Seen refers to all that is perceived or experienced - the contents of experience.

On the path of knowledge, the seen is:

• All experience - objects, thoughts, emotions, sensations

• Distinguished from the seer (the experiencer)

• Constantly changing and therefore false

• The realm of name and form

The seen and the seer are both existence itself, appearing as two aspects of one nondual reality.
