Universal means relating to or done by all people or things in the world.

On the path of knowledge, universal refers to:

• The experiencer that is present in all beings

• The existence that is everywhere and everything

• Truth that is not relative but absolute

• That which transcends the individual

Upon self realisation, one understands oneself as the universal experiencer, not a limited individual.
