Egolessness is the state of being without a sense of separate self or ego.

On the path of knowledge, egolessness is:

• A natural consequence of self realisation

• The understanding that there is no "I" as a separate entity

• Freedom from identification with the body-mind

• The recognition that one is the universal experiencer

True egolessness is not a cultivated quality but the realization that the ego was never real.
