Characteristics of the Essence

Through direct observation and logical deduction, the seeker discovers the key attributes of the Experiencer's essence:

• Changelessness: While all experiences are in a state of constant flux, the Experiencer is completely unchanging, unborn, and deathless.

• Absolute Perfection: The essence of the Experiencer is partless and zero-dimensional. Because it contains nothing that can be added to or taken away from, it is absolute perfection.

• Bliss and Emptiness: The essence is pure emptiness devoid of all qualities, thoughts, and desires. This complete absence of mental noise and egoic struggle is bliss (Skt. Ananda).

The Ultimate Truth

• One Without a Second: The essence of the Experiencer is identical in all beings. There are not many consciousnesses; there is only one Experiencer witnessing all points of view in the universal memory.

• The End of Seeking: Directly realizing this essence is self realisation the ultimate goal of the path of knowledge that brings an end to all seeking, ignorance, and suffering.
