The Gurufield (Skt. गुरुक्षेत्र Gurukshetra) is the collective, non-physical force and essence of all great masters past, present, and future who have realized the ultimate truth and dedicated themselves to protecting and transmitting knowledge.

The Essence of All Masters

• Lineage of Consciousness: The gurufield is not a physical organization, club, or institution. It is a subtle, universal presence that permeates the universal memory.

• Source of Grace: When a seeker is dedicated, sincere, and has a rock-solid determination to know the truth, they align with the gurufield. The grace of this collective field manifests as intuitive guidance, protection from pitfalls, and the strength to overcome obstacles.

• Dripping Nectar: Without the gurufield, there would be nothing but absolute darkness of ignorance in this world. The substance of the gurufield continuously drips into the lower layers of memory, acting as "wake-up calls" for innocent minds trapped in samsara.

Receptivity and Invocation

During formal contemplation or study, the seeker can invoke the gurufield (such as through the Guru Mantra) to calm the mind and ask for assistance. Receptivity to the gurufield requires a complete lack of pride, absolute sincerity, and deep devotion to the path of truth.
